It does matter. DPS get most xp and rr, healers are the second and tanks end up at the bottom of the list. Always. That happens if you're not in the group with the dps that had the most kills. If you're in the same group, you'll get the same. Healers get the most exp and renown cause they get contribution for healing people outside of the party.Nishka wrote:It does matter. i always ress and heal to pugs, i cant let a ppl of my side dead in the floor, after i get really angry when im dead with my squid in the floor and run around me 4 or 5 healers with no ress for me.

I honestly don't see what the problem is. Do you want to make the game more rewarding for healers if they run around solo or what?
If you have such a problem with randoms then dont play with randoms.

So what a reason to heal? Most of random players are soooooo randoms and they'll keep attacking overhealed tanker and you'll got nothing for healing them, so there will be better to be DPSer.

Well the tanks are supposed to be in a party so they can guard someone and then they get their share from what the dpsers kill. You get as much as he got if you are in party with him, problem solved. The issue is known but it is quite difficult to find a appropriate formula for xp/rp sharing.

So I guess the game currenty counts only sheer damage and heal of players when rewarding.
