Keep it as it is. From what I've seen the majority of players want to be on the "winning" side so that they can AFK level their characters anyway, let them zerg!

As said on page 1, aao isn't an good enough reward. Gear should be. Something like this:
AAO:
50 < X < 100 - increased drop chance from players of blue items by 50%, purple items by 15%.
100 < X < 150 - increased drop chance from players of blue items by 100%, purple items by 30%.
150 < X < 200 - increased drop chance from players of blue items by 150%, purple items by 80%.
200 < X < 400 - increased drop chance from players of purple items by 125%, green items are no longer dropping.
X > 400 - green and blue items are no longer dropping, has a slight chance to drop stalker / devastator set parts.
Numbers can be adjusted on your own preferences, but you've got the idea.

Make groups and no warbands. Play with aao.
Dying is no option.

You cant bamance anything as said some before you can have 2 account 1 for order 1 for destro so you can play all time whit zerg or against zerg.
