This has probably been asked, but are there any plans to add renown/tome tactics?

Why do slayers have acces to rampage, while Choppas have defendable GTDC instead?
Do you think that if all destro will post a thread about broken rampage mechanic, you will nerf it the day after like what has happened with the chosen OP tactic?

Thank you for sharing your questions, I will be merging duplicates on a separate doc and filter some questions due to (1) the short time, (2) the question being inappropriate and (3) if the question is already answered somewhere in the forums.
