Am and shammy are the best healers in the game with the cooldown reduction buff, I don't understand all the misinformation, especially in /advice in game. It's just a harder/more dependent class to look decent on.

Well, this is midinformation too. They are the best at their role, that is: ST healing, out of party healing and support. Every healer is the best choice to fulfill a specific task

Like any healer, who is the target of the enemy assist train, you need help to survive but it offers more raw healing power in those tight areas than any other heal class, when certain conditions are met. This works a lot better in premades.
They are the hardest to play (properly) heal classes for a reason.
