Terrible, terrible idea. Just like choppas dont need ID (which people are also posting about every day it seems), wls do not need monstro. Monstro needs to be cut down to a flat armor buff or at least a more reasonable % buff (like 50 instead of 100).
TTK needs a few fixes as far as the spec line goes but imo its one of the last balance changes this game needs, the class already has 2 great spec lines which is more than some classes have.
