I Have Been debolstering and pug/guild lead capped t3 the last few days also turning AAO destro zones that was order dominated and about to lock into destro dominated and locked... (on top of the usual t4 stuff )
Makes me a sad panda that people quit the game so easy when its fair odds going from 60% AAO to 100% in orvr on the other side in like 30mins to one hour... Bad player mentality / design flaw for kill quests with so much weakness and lack of will to fight / just will to zerg/pvd...

T4 Orvr is our main activity (4 offical raids a week + Bonus sometimes)
we are pretty active so will see us in sc's also usually as duo's or random
making 6 man "pro" premades to farm pugs in sc is not ruled out but not really fun to me to fight over scraps... nothing stopping other guildies to organise this though

we always try to make the best of what we have / fight hard / assist realm where possible even in extreme situations.

win/lose or draw we are a team, we are a small community that plays to have fun and try our best / be as organised as we can be in the moment...
Having some skill/understanding is nice but attitude and mentality is much more important... you could be best player at class in world but if toxic solo player then you are worthless to group...
you could be average player at class, but with right positive attitude/mentality and little guidance you are very valuable to group...

so if you want to join and be part of something bigger than yourself and feel you are unlikely apply to one of our recruiters
