You find the pvp gear vendor in southern part of Altdorf, in that huge square. Same place you can find the mount (gyrocopter for dwarf!) vendor. Talismans you can buy in the Auction House in Altdorf square.

You will be great and powerful until lvl 31, that is when hell starts for a freshman in scenarios...

And for the guy who says bolster works fine, you know nothing. Bolster doesnt matter when a sorc burns you for 7k+ damage and you can't even press a button in the process. Your stats, tactics, resists, skills are simply not there to help you to survive, the difference is superhuge.

But the sorc burns you in almost the same way when you are R40/RR40?

As this is directed towards me I will explain it a little.
When this happens, then the sorc spend almost 5 seconds to cast dots on you and you did not detaunt, cleanse or have guard in the whole time frame.
His char is a RP, this makes it even easier. He can cleanse the whole sorc rotation, is very mobile and has very strong heals due to the bolster. All his group or self buffs are way stronger than those of rank 40 players. It doesn't even matter what path you spec, all boosted by a lot.
Most important will be positioning for the new players and this takes some time to learn. When you blame gear or ability balance, then you only ignore that you could have optimized your gear or game play. It is only lack of experience, what makes you think that something is too difficult.
Dying is no option.

Once hit 31 grind ruin. From there do all epic weapon quest. Then level rr with rvr or sc. Pretty easy actually.

Thanks for all the advice guys! The thing i notest the most doing rvr in tier 2 against lvl 40 dudes is the skills, a zerg with a billion of stuns and grabs when u don't have that many skills yet is kinda harsh xD But i guess in stats it's actually totally fine.

I hope the ruin grinding is done in group because Rp is **** slow killing mobs xD

RP is pretty rough when leveling. If you're soloing stuff, I recommend speccing through the middle tree for that, as well as picking up Rune of Battle once you're high enough so you can work through 3 mobs at a time (instant dot 3 of them, RoB yourself, keep yourself healed and they'll all die before it's done). The first tactic in middle tree is good to solo champs, you just gotta have enough room to kite em around (useful for the epic quests).
