I agree that Eye Shot shouldn't be attached to any skill tree as it was on live.
But man, telling that Scout tree isn't good...its just not true

It is true. The damage from Fester (the main reason you go Scout) is subpar compared to the risk you take when you stand still for 3 seconds. 98ft 3sec rkd combined with 120 initial debuff without any stance/position requirements and 1 sec cast on move should be Core lvl 20 ability, i totaly agree xdd
