sorry guys im out of ideas and im not going to try anymore i cant play for 4 days now i have reinstalled the game about 4 times and still nothing wrong even tried downloading the art again and the same thing happens every time anyway good luck if you find a solution ill be happy to join again bye!

Try move game folder on other disc partition than C:. reopen Launcher and check is it downloading more updates.
Eventually add game folder as exception to antivirus, altimalware software (like malwarebytes).
