got 1 question/appeal - how hard is it to change to get points not only from killing blow, but from sum of damage, which i get to opponent, when i kill him

Is it always a critical which causes the massive damage?

consistently ALWAYS causes massive damage and 1 shots, have not seen broadhead arrow do anything less than 40k dmg
