Can we get LoTD merchants unlocked on PTS to test healing power scaling etc?

Rituals and Master Runes ticking every 5 sec and being up only 10 sec (is it even 3 ticks?), it's a big hit on absorb tactic and 6 pc triumphant procs (or any other heal proc from gear).
If those ticks even count as direct heals, that is.
I don't see compensation for this in healing output for Runie and Zealot.
Also with new willpower scaling Discipline is pretty much mandatory for all healers.

Interesting rework on AM/Shaman, probably will need some tweaking as it's looking really strong (somebody remembers experimental build...?).

Tried DW DPS DoK, serious DPS loss, serious sustain loss and crippled Pillage Essence(though the interrupt is nice). Drowning in Blood lasts 5 seconds, drains 100 SE and cannot gain SE for 25% crit, it's clunky, feels bad using, just bad overall.

i will comment only healing spec changes from what i wrote. Dok/wp sound good the question is if the heal increase proc from tactic stack with other heal increases. AM/Sh looks very good bordering op but need prolly some testing. Other healers mechanics are abit meh while am.sh will have really strong benefits if use optimally mechanic. Zealots/rps are abit meh but since they were so long mandatory may be it is time to step off abit.

and do something with weapon dps for healing healers cos it is worthless and some of the biss weapons for healers are blue onces that you get at lvl 40

Divine strike is normal dmg or Spirit? When i armor debuff enemy dont seem to increase it's dmg soo it's still in spirit dmg? Also divine strike dont heal as it says hiting mobs and says base heal 378 + 75% of the dmg soo 2 tic but instead of 378 first tic it's 258 + the 75% dmg. Soo the second tic works but not the first at the right numbers.

Cool changes gonna finaly have some fun trying new things tested the old spec had a bit more dmg but lacked alot of utility here alot better only thing i would change is hammer of sigmar putting it 50% requirement with crit but keep the fury resource change or make it more bellow 50%. I feel people gonna just smite and spam hammer of sigmar making it strong but not as fun to play out.

You are correct. Divine Strike still appears to be dealing Spirit damage.

What utility do you see in this new change? A armor debuff? I just don't see any real utility, where is the disarm? where is the knock down? This change really kills 2h dps sustain for no extra damage or utility.

It's true it lose a bit of dmg but I cant say much only saw the change for an hour. IMO I gonna need to think about it but they probably need to buff the dmg of the 2 seconds cast ability. Make it 1 sec of more dmg but 15 cooldown etc. Not a big fan of hammer of sigmar kinda push for just aoe and spam it. Here my initial thinking from this but i need more time to think about it.

-Make hammer of sigmar 50% requirement but crit like before and maybe 5 sec cooldown.
-Buff the 2 seconds ability because it's worth the dmg or the resource. Or change the ability for something else.
-Too many resource demanding meaning you gonna need to play the smite game which i hate lol

But i gonna need more time to evaluate it and switch Divine strike to normal dmg instead of spirit soo it benefit from the other armor debuff.

That's my initial thought i would need more time to give my review but it's true it lose it dmg for just an armor debuff. (guilty soul 20% dmg increase from autoattack and abilities made the spec able to dmg)

Aye I agree with it needs more testing, and that they are again pushing more AOE on us when nobody is really asking for it. I don't need or want an AOE spec on the 2h WP. I honestly thought 2h WP was a fun little spec that had many drawbacks to keep it inline with real dps classes, it was easily shutdown by any melee class with some thought. It needed help with how easy it is to kite but the simple change of making sigmar's fist use AP and grant RF would have helped a bit and maybe add the 2s snare back.

The new 2sec ability is garbage and cannot be saved, just remove it.

This change is just... odd at best. I hate the shields specs for WP/DoK and this change just really cements that for me, as I think without that holding back these classes we could actually have a fun DPS spec built.

Ya the shield spec looks pretty good IMO but the dps spec of dok and wp need some tweaks and maybe change the 2 second ability for an aoe knockdown or something else or just boost it dmg double. I'l try to make a post later when i actualy fought people on the pvp server. But it sure need some tweaks on the RF management. They got some cool ideas on paper but it need to change some stuff to make it work which is the point of a test server. Also ya nobody want's to aoe with wp or dok if i want to aoe i just play my choopa/slayer engi wl etc
