The WL is weak, because he is the only melee DD without an incoming healdebuff.
This is the most important debuff in PvP and every group with a slayer/WL setup has only access to one incoming healdebuff per 10 seconds (which can be group cleansed ofc).

For the same reason a 2x WL setup is impossible, if you want to fight any non-pug enemies.

Well it's not like the class dosnt have one it's just that the trees are so **** that it might as well not have one


Axe man tree should be changed hdebuff to 9 or 5 and primal roar or cull to 13

Luth meant an incoming heal debuff. And they dont have one. "Just" outgoing one.
Would love to have one like marauder desdly glutch, were you get healed aswell for 50% of received heal from the target.

Edit: changing cull of the weak (our finisher) to 13 would be bad. Marauder have theirs at 5 already.
But i agree that the trees need to get an update and changed abit.

Most people don't seem to know that, or they think "healdebuff is healdebuff, doesn't matter".

The incoming healdebuff is the main tool to kill something in RvR. Without it, you can't kill any target that has some half-decent group in his back.
The outgoing healdebuff is a very nice toy to annoy healers, but it fits to a tank class...
