Lemme check if I missed something..

Step1: Take the quest from Bugman in Altdorf
Step2: Drink all the ales in Altdorf then report to Gotrek
Step3: Gotrek gives you quest for some more ales...
Step4: After drinking more ales report back to Gotrek then report to Bugman
Step5: Bugman rewards you with [Strong Barleybrew] and you can take the pvp quest from him as well.
Step6: Go to Dwarf WC and find a beer NPC...

K, So I found the NPC (Bugman's Brewman) at TM's WC, but the quest symbol above his head is gray for me and I can't take any quests from him. What did I do wrong?

You can take the PvE quest from Gotrek, as well.

It does drop from players, it is just as rare as any other purple item that drops in RvR/PvE.

I had a blast with this last night. Giants are awesome. Some good small man fights all around the zones looking for giants.

For the record, each racial zone has 1 type of giant, and 1 giant in each zone. So in t4 there are 3 of each type.

Loved the old school nature of "figure it out!". Quests were fun. And the writing was good. Not a large personal fan of heavy orcish text, but it was still good.

I love my new pocket item... gotta get grinding for the backpack now.

first of all, thanks again for another amusing event. a 'drinking' one short before christmas, well, that sounds like a good preperation for the next days..!

yesterday i've tried to do most of the event quests on a tier1 alt and got to the quest step where you should kill the 3 giants in orvr 'we'z got a bigga problem now'.
done the one at the chaos and the one at the elven realm. but (after almost 2 hours wandering thru ekrund and mount bloodhorn, been to places i've never been before, lol... ) i couldnt find 'norbulg the mighty' at the greenskin realm.

would you be so kind and give a hint where 'norbulg the mighty' can be found at t1 greenskin realm please?

hm, i looked there again, on both sides of the gates but i couldnt find any giant around
