The mechanic release skill for bw/sorc is also the biggest dps. Thing is they never use it as its better to stay at high crit. As i wrote, they can use scorched earth to drop 1/5 combustion. EDIT: On the other hand you could easily shutdown a sorc/bw by hitting them. They can't rise darkmagic/combustion because of an increasing healdebuff, while they deal minor damage without their mechanic - their base damage is just crap.

Also it's far easier to use a 100 feet meltdown on a target, then a 5 feet rage drop skill from the slayer/choppa (if there wouldn't be wild swing).
Edit: Maybe it would be also good to make meltdown an instant cast and lower it's damage somewhat.
