Aoe Heal debuffs were removed and this Particular hurts Destro because DoK heal debuff was too good and bugged, so it procced from 24s dot and it should only proc from direct hits. Even after this was fixed it still was super powerful because 150 ft Devour Essence meant you can insta heal ally from 0 to 100 fast and at the same time Heal debuff them! Now this is gone RIP;/ Order only 25% Heal debuff proc is probably not a good idea either: D 2h Wp, Wl, IB and 2h slayer can have this proc on wpn. Destro has 0 or can choppa use one? If can why the fudge cant blorc use that same wpn like ib/slayer. And this 25% incoming healdebuff stacks to 75% With out/incoming HD Anyway all Order classes that can use 2h with this proc also have Heal debuff that stacks to 75% on healer class. And that is very powerful, if not and it doesnt matter why would it matter if procs in wpns were not gatekeeped?

Topic is about Over tuned Heal Debuffs, spesifically BG Mind Killer. And you are Comparing Chosen Aura to a wpn proc? I mean really? : D Can i now just say "Kotbs have 25% Outgoing HD aura " If we are doing comparing then lets compare.

Wp now has 100% uptime 50% Hd and access to wpn with 25% Hd proc and they stack to 75%. Compare this to 50% Uptime 25% Hd Wp's used to have. Dok used to have 50% aoe HD for 5s on Crit. Takes a tactic Slot and career point. Now its single target and have to spend 2 career points! First to take 5pts skill then 11pts Tactic? This is insane, just make SE 50% HD without needing tactic or bring aoe HD back with tactic.

In fact, everyone who has access to this 25% HD Proc in Wpn also has access to 50% Out or Incoming HD and if you are attacking healer all Wp,Slayer,WL,IB can 75% Heal Debuff with This 25% Hd proc Wpn. And destro gets 0 of these procs? 4 Order classes can now 75% heal debuff because they have this Proc wpn vs 0 destro.

So why is Gatekeeping Procs only for otherside reasonable?

While it's still perfectly off-topic as per the post you are replying to, 25% incoming debuffs don't stack with 50% incoming debuffs. And a 50% outgoing debuf stacked with a 25% incoming debuff does not make for a 75% debuff- it makes for a 62.5% debuff. The interaction is multiplicative, not additive.
