Well, now we know why the balance team has been quiet for so long. This is a huge amount of work for a single patch.
Two questions.
Can you explain a bit more about what this means? This appears to be a big departure from the previous patches that were more about tweaking than full reworks. We've not seen any full class mechanic reworks before, with auras not being touched during the tank phase for example.
Will this period start when the patch drops or be retroactive with previous logins?

Overpowered healers are the biggest problem this game faces. Tanky with detaunts and no resource means you don't feel like you accomplish anything with your damage. They dont even lose mana.
Actually making willpower more useful should here here to encourage them to slot it like dmg dealers slot bs/ str

BTW. mby Wilpower coud also be adjusted for other classes like chosen/kobs, engi. sh/wl, mara and who ever else have a healign ability.

Detaunts were already nerfed compared to live, what you are on about?
Dying is no option.

interesting, but damp. Need more testing.
RP/Zealot healing looks, not great (Overall it's a nerf, you don't need nerf them, if you are buffing others healers like this 100%).
RP/Zealot damage, can't say much - i dont play them in this way.
WP/Dok healing looks not bad. Esp new prayers/covenants and Divine Aid/Restore Essence on the move.
WP/Dok snb,can't say much - im playing them only in pve.
WP/Dok dps - obviously the most vulnerable part of this patch. On my dps wp/dok(wp no ring, dok bis) i have 2 problems, its gap closer with healers and rdps, esp its bad for WP, and second problem is sounds like "My Sigmar's Wrath/Drowing in Blood is on cd and im pretty bad dps in next 40s". One of problems this patch trying to fix(but it can be failed, because has some strange solutions, like some difficult for balance mechanics "Divine Impact" and "Drowning in Blood", which mb can be not bad and interesting, but it obv can be hard for balancing to be in a good way), and another problem is gap closer -not solved at all, moreover, it got worse. Worse because detaunt rework - there is no save for against dangerous on range. I don't think wp/dok need a new detaunt ability and nerf the old one. Current detaunt is pretty good, its not worse, its not better then others have, its just different.
This patch have some 100% good things for dps wp/doks also. Its "Judgement - Now Core ability in Path of Wrath. No longer requires Righteous Fury. Now costs 20 AP and builds 15 Righteous Fury." and "Fist of Khaine - Now Core ability in Path of Torture. No longer requires Soul Essence. Now costs 20 AP and builds 15 Soul Essence." just great.
"Weight of Guilt - Now also snares for 3 seconds if the target is not cursed. If the target is cursed, duration is increased to the current 6 seconds." and "Flay - Now also snares for 3 seconds if the target is not cursed. If the target is cursed, duration is increased to the current 6 seconds." - why not just snare for 6 seconds without any conditions like others mdps have?
"Empowered Smite" and "Essence Shatter" as option not bad.
AM/Sham - think new mechanic a bit OP. Will most likely have to be nerfed.

*Changer's Echo - New ability at 13 pts in Path of Witchcraft: Hex. 30 AP. 100 ft range. Instant. 5s CD. - You Hex your target, they will suffer (248 + 1.5*DB) Corporeal damage after 5 seconds. This damage is increased by 25% if your target is affected by Warp Reality.
Just decided to go check database on Tzeench's Cry dmg- the lowest dmg zealot single target ability which is only used for something to throw on the run, since dmg sucks that much.

So the new zealot 13 points ability that "been made to increase the single target capabilities of the Zealot" has even worse base dmg than a free zealot ability that is instant, unlike the new ability, and which already has a lowest dmg out of zealot abilities. And if you dot the target before, the dmg just might scale up to close to Scourge, another free zealot ability which also unlike the new 13 points one doesn't has a cd.
And you get this in exchange for only 66% nerf to rituals, and general nerf to dmg. Finally, this is the fix that dps zealots were waiting for all those years.
