This is my favorite WE spec by far :P
No 50% crit tactic?
Where did you get that from?

At rr50 this is what I would run for group play (assuming someone else has a heal debuff): http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=we; ... 9:;0:0:0:0:

Nah, I mentioned Frenzied Mayhem was very good for the spec Panzer linked, which happened to be my favorite (with the aforementioned swap of FM for Whirling Blades).

question to Frenzied Mayhem:

will the crit bonus be applied to a finisher as well? technically you still have Bloodlust by the time you hit that button

Frenzied Mayhem is applied to the first strike in Ruthless Assault. As for Puncture and HRT I am not sure. Both strikes are applied simultaneously so it should work. But IDK.

@TenTonHammer
You post my favorite build ;) Almost. I use parry tactics and Elixir of the Blades. Parry helps a lot against WH, WL and SM. Double heal debuff against healers. WB helps against everyone (super against tanks).

Can any Def verify this statement? I always thought the Bloodlust points get removed before the Finisher actually hits, so FM shouldn't apply to any finisher at all.

You make me think Panzer. I saw mamy times crit on finishers but that could happens without FM. So never dig it more.
I was under impression that this tactics works like For the Hag Queen (50% chance to KD on first strike of Ruthless Assault if used with full bloodlust).

FM applies whenever the resourceset event is triggered, i.e. whenever bloodlust level changes. The order for most if not all resource attacks is: damage, setresource. In the case of Puncture/HRT, it is damage, damage, setresource.

tl;dr: Yes, FM counts for both attacks on HRT/Puncture.

Thanks Penril. I always feel that FM works that way (I had lots of crit with finishers) but never really tested this. Panzer made me doubt myself. Oh you... ;)
