i agree with ototo, and name it self draining mean drain from english. the name is given inncorrect. and its 20 sec cd and last 10 sec on target. u can drink ap pot byt mara use ap exhaustive strikes tactic and ap pots have cd. ( and sometimes ppl run out of ap pots also)
like i said give order-mara and all destro will be happy no more complain about order opiness.
and now very serious. i play in pnp warbands and i dont feel that order is is superb over us. watch our videos we defeat order wbs . yesterday we beated order premades and i stoped to count. and most times i died i died from bw. did i come here and comlain about nerf bw.???? i dont mind to die . also its already boring when order cant give us proper fights , i say buff order.
offc i am in great guild , and that it. this is mmorpg and each class should support each ather . and not skyrim where u do all solo.

FFS its on 10 second cooldown and 5 sec debuff. And damage is in 2 low hits( if it would of been 1 hit would crit nice, but 2 hits its useless)

its first awailable abilitie in mastery tree what u whant there , some super puper abilitie? and i am not game master to fix it. byt adding in 1 class 2 ap drainers is too overpowered. if u whant black orc ap debuff and ap drain tactic on 1 class. isnt it overkill? offc mara already have pierce armor + armor debuff 1500(what is buffed from 1k).
byt u have point low abilitie in mastery tree should be weaker than abilitie in 9 points or in 13points. i all time said rampage should be higher in that tree i cant have all goodies in 1 build.( i mean slayer). pounce also is too good for 5 points . its should be 9 ( atleast or 13) .
byt its only my point of view.

No offence, but if some semi-competent & organised guild came to Order, they'd be making a mockery of 99% of Destro's WBs (that Russian WB guild are perhaps exception). I don't see many (if any) active, organised & min-max WBs on Order that would give current Destro too much trouble.

We need to look firstly at who is complaining that any class needs a nerf.
To explain, if we take a look at the majority of people complaining you find they are running either a dps or healer class, running full crit or heal crit, full main stat, strength, intell or willpower with no effort put into survivability. this equals a 10-20% chance to be crit, likely 1-200 toughness and minimal armour then they complain they get blown up by a class that is specifically designed to do so.

I have 2 lvl 80s and 1 high 70s 2 of which are a WL and a Shammy, (Anoldman and Wheatbix)
I run pure solo on WL and usually with Jurki on my shammy or solo.

Now I know the reply is always "its not a solo game" however when most WLs are running solo, it becomes relivent.

So my Wl is specced for solo and my whole build is based around that, so 0% chance to be crit, 400+ tough 8.5k wounds armour buff ..........whatever. All of this at the sacrifice of some strength and crit for example.
Here are the facts,
Can I blow the average player up in my spec, YES
Can I destroy the average mara/Tank even healer YES

How about someone who has does exactly the same as me on their class ( built for survivability or atleast some resists. Can I kill them with my WL in this spec or full glass cannon, and here is the kicker ......NO

1 v 1 vs a mara that has built this way for example, Knock Knock I have no chance and have died many times to him
1 v 1 vs any tank well specced 1 hand or 2h for example Thargrim or even much lower level, No chance

How about Vs healer that is correctly specced?.... They laugh at me.

Do any of these classes need a nerf? absolutely not.

Another example.
I still have around 800 willpower on my shammy and have also put plenty in survival, for fun go hunting for solo WL in RVR because the have absolutely 0 chance of killing me.

why BECAUSE I SPECCED FOR IT.

Lastly i have tried every build and if i go full glass cannon on WL or any other class for that matter I get far less kills and RR and I then join the dieing club. I would probably then jump on the forum and complain about the class that killed me asking for a nerf.
