i cant answer your question. this thread and other feedback threads are there to find the answers to your questions (aka implement features) actually.

In the first weeks of t4 and prior to current system, the only thing was to do it's take the other keep, but the last keep in the zone was pretty much impossible to take vs any premade WB that is willing to defend it.

With the implementation of oil and one-shots that came with it, makes me wonder if it's possible to take a defended keep at all. I've stayed up late couple of times and witnessed of what the rvr has become when the premade alliance wb's are offline way past RU/EU primetime - it was TM order keep and like ~40 pugs desperately try to take the outer doors.

While they are at it - premade 6mans, gankers from solo to 3mans roam around pugs and farm easy influence/medallions, esp. ones that are smart enough to take 20+ kills with oil 1shots every once in a while and then back to ganking pugs.
No one of them is interested in taking the keep, coz they think they know it's impossible and are only there to gear up their healers with anni gear from medallion drops.

With my derailing rant over, I'd try to test the system this evening again, but I've got serious doubts that the situation has changed much. #newRVRcampaigndream

If your 'test' is an alliance zerg, please don't bother.

Does that mean we can disregard all your experience in the matter also?

There is no point to make another 50men+ alliance event right now unless the keeps are doable. Empire influence is pretty much fully farmed and there is no enemy in any other zone.

Anyway in couple of months with people leaving to play other games like Overwatch, Total War or Legion - I'll most likely be running 10man max like in t3, hopefully the "DEM RUSSIANS BLOBZERG AGAIN" salt will be forgotten by that time :^)
