After some tryouts, this is what I run for solo.
waronlinebuilder.org - Witch Elf build

I often trade MT for Mayhem, whenever I run in wb with guard.

Something that must be said if soloing, I can't live without resolute defenses. 3 lvl crit, 1 Rd.

Cw1 (because often pugging in scs and it actually saves lives) + Melee crit, some disrupt/parry also
