The game is not lore accurate (se WL for instance). So the lore should not be a bound on the appearances of gearOmegus wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2024 9:35 amIf there's a Khorne boss in Tzeentch armour in BS then that sounds like a bug...
edit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76G3AawavrE - I don't know all of the armour pieces but that is clearly a Khorne chest piece at least. Might've bugged out during the recent rework?

GW signed off on all classes and mechanics, including WL being a pet class, inventing the concept of a DoK, etc. Do you think they would sign off on Tzeentch chosens in Nurgle armour?Ysaran wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2024 9:50 amThe game is not lore accurate (se WL for instance). Lore-wise, it is not uncommon to find warbands from the other chaos factions in an invasion of this magnitude. Even in the "prelude to war" comic for Warhammer Online, you can see how Tzchar'zanek is recruiting followers of Slaanesh after defeating their warband leader. (link here viewtopic.php?p=553604#p553604 ).Omegus wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2024 9:35 amIf there's a Khorne boss in Tzeentch armour in BS then that sounds like a bug...

And yes, a champion of Nurgle was his main antagonist, but even now there is a Nurgle, Slaanesh, and Khorne quarter right in the Inevitable City (lore-wise, absolutely bogus). Also, the ability to dye your armor in colors like "Khorne Red," "Nurgle Olive," "Slaanesh Pink," and so on means that it was always welcomed to at least show your Chaos-faction-pride colorwise.
And finally, this game is a role-play game after all. Let people have fun with their characters. The lore is totally funky anyway in this alternative Warhammer Fantasy timeline, so it would do no harm to see more faction gear for all classes and races.
PS: Magus can spawn Nurglings. Nurgles favor for Tzchar'zanek's war is confirmed.

Nope, he was like that since the beginning. It's just Tzeentch armor painted red, Tzeentch stuff nevertheless - helmet's form is literal bloody Tzeentch icon.Omegus wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2024 9:35 am If there's a Khorne boss in Tzeentch armour in BS then that sounds like a bug...

We always joked that he is a spy, just not the very bright one - paint yourself red and you're Khorne's buddy!

From the video I linked. Looks like a Khorne chest plate to me:Avernus wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2024 12:20 pmNope, he was like that since the beginning. Are the other pieces Tzeentch branded or just generic looking Chosen pieces which fit into any god? I can see it's got the stylised boots that look like claws which suitable for any god, but I don't know if there are also Tzeentchian markings on there somewhere.

Yes, the chestpice is indeed Khorne aligned.Omegus wrote: ↑Sun Jun 02, 2024 1:15 pm Are the other pieces Tzeentch branded or just generic looking Chosen pieces which fit into any god? This blue thing on shoulders and beaky things looks kinda Tzeentchy for me, but its NOT that obvious. No comments about helmet though - see for yourself.
Re: Patch Notes 30/05/2024
Yeah that helmet is very sus
. I wonder if it was like that on live too? No effing way can I remember what I mid-boss looked like 15 years ago...

Bug Fixes
[22765] - Melee Squig Herder's "Outta My Way!" charge now properly respects punt immunity. The Ability still does not apply immunity, as intended.

100 skulls of the fallen is too difficult imo for the non sweaties. I've put in a lot of hours doing last weeks weekend warfront and weekly rvr and additional sc's this weekend and only have 20 skulls. I think I see complaints on lack of skulls every 15 minutes or so.
