The issue I would like to address is the stale scenarios with very few kills are much less rewarding than one sided stomps. Should it really be this way?

Isn't it depends from the point of view? I mean, anything is better than being stomped...

I liked the test. I had more fun than I've had in years.
I avoided T4 SC like the plague since the barrier change. Even the lost SC were fun.
Even if there were only 2-5 kills.
It should be clear that some people don't like that it's not so easy to farm anymore, but let's wait and see when all the pros come back from drinking.

Yes balanced setup and actually sweaty figths was a huge refreshment.

I LOVE new sc matchmaking and fights were more balanced, but to be honest the sc stil not worth (not enough crests , and renown only means something if you win ).

I would like to have 50% renown and EXP bonus for 1-39 and bonus crest also .

I agree with this.
In level 40 scenarios with multiple healers on both sides I often find that they output so much healing, combined with all the ways players at that level have to escape, that hardly anyone ever dies. We end up spending a very boring 10 minutes hitting each other to no effect with a final score of zero kills and zero deaths.

And, yes, I know you're supposed to hit the healers, but a lot of times we lack the dps to out damage their healing.
This is just about the crux of it

There is no "delicate balance" between healers and damage dealers, healers greatly outheal incoming damage, and they never run out of ressource

Assists works only if you have a geared full group set up on discord where someone makes the calls on who to burst down, without this, combats in scenarios end up frequently in stalemates ; this was made more noticeable through this reworked of matchmaking as both sides ended up having a fair amount of healers, which in itself is not a problem, but end up being one as healers are simply overtuned for smaller scale ; stacking both outgoing and incoming healing debuffs is most of the time not sufficient to kill a healer

When I was grinding ranked set on my Chosen back in the day, as griding it in ranked was only possibility to get it, I learned that real stalmates are VERY RARE, if people have any clues what to do, even if they ain't on voice. Healers ain't overtuned in smallscale, DPS is. Thats why you need both tanks and heals to keep things alive, assuming focused person can keep using their detaunt in time.

You don't need main assist (MA) on voice to mark MA with enemy and spam whatever button you've to press your macro "/assist MA" constantly to follow. People are just bad, lazy or bad and lazy at same time. What is worse, they will always find excuses for being this way. It's in their nature. You're supposed to pick MA every SC.

Oh, and use healing debuffs, they help. They really do.

Maybe you have experience with bad games, which is why you complain about healers being too powerful.
Maybe most people are new and don't remember the live times when good healers were almost immortal.
Now they definitely aren't.
You don't know how to make the right build and combine it with the assistance of a second DPS plus the assistance of tanks plus CC.
This is a team game, and that's how it's balanced.
Every healer can be killed now.
Additionally, when I see aoe dps in sc trying to kill a solo healer, e.g. through GTDC, I can only smile.

I tried over a dozen during the test and most had population problems, a lot of 5v7 and so on. Many had one side with no tanks and several heals while the other had 4 tanks and 1 dps, just odd pairings.

Only real bug I noticed was I got stuck after the sc was over twice, once I waited until the timer ended and a new sc seemed to start, groups started filling up and I was able to interact with the part(Mourkain temple) before I got a this sc is not safe you are being transported to a safe location message and was ported to my bind point. The other I was able to book out with no issues.

My UI VinyUI interfered with the new sc UI so I did not get to see what it looked like and I got stuck with only a random que but that's on me as I did not want to bother with resetting my UI.
