Thanks for the update! Hope to get them in a more frequent rythm just to feel a bit more involved (for lack of better words). Hope to see the final patch soon, and also thanks for the work you put into this.

The "fix" was terrible tho. Investing 14 points in the non-healing tree was always a terrible design and required rr70 (preferably +2 points from sov) to have a functional spec. Hopefully, now the classes get some much needed attention to their healing trees instead.

Great that the new system is getting close to finished! I had hoped for a full revert to live and then balanced from there. The optics of reverting ror buffs but keeping corresponding ror nerfs is a bit so and so.

Is there a chance for us to learn the reasoning and see performance data(overall performance/kda/average dmg dealt or whatever metric you guys are using to decide to nerf etc.) for the "overperforming" classes that are getting nerfed in these patchnotes ?
Destruction: 40-BG / 40-DoK / 40-Chosen / 37-Mara / 37/Sorc / 36-SH / 36-Choppa / 24-Shaman / 16-WE
Order: 40-SW / 40-SM / 40-WP / 40-WL / 39-Kotbs / 38-BW / 33-AM / 22-WH / 16-RP / 12-Slayer

It wasn't worse than putting their puddle at 9pts instead of 5pts like on live, for a spell used by either spec.
Heal spec can get puddle and additionally silence, while silence itself is hardly usable due to enemy disrupt on heal spec.
It broke live builds but oh well we got more burst. Now burst is gone and we still have broken trees. Like you said, it doesn't look good for most classes with the planned approach of only partly reverting stuff.
Dying is no option.

Nice to see what your working on, i understand we need to go back to the 1.4.8 patch but some classes are really going to suck until they get a look at in future balance patches mostly rsh feel like they got gutted the most.

The timing of this post though seems fishy though, we havent heard anything about this for months and months but all of a sudden since this ror Interbellum server has been getting some interest, you drop this bomb of a post.

This would of been a great 1st april post though.

Rune Priest
- Rune of Nullification - Can now be triggered by any critical direct damage and heal debuff value adjusted to 30%. This once again enables Area of Effect heal debuff utility for the class, but at reduced power compared to single target heal debuffs.

Zealot
- Changer’s Touch - Can now be triggered by any critical direct damage and heal debuff value adjusted to 30%. This once again enables Area of Effect heal debuff utility for the class, but at reduced power compared to single target heal debuffs.
Some feedback for the "big rework": currently the KOTBS has an outgoing heal debuff aura while the Chosen has an incoming heal debuff aura. This means - in theory - a RP spamming crits will complement the Knight, but a Zealot spamming crits is competing with the Chosen.

Considering how trivial it is to apply these auras in warband play, please consider either changing the auras or changing the debuff amounts, as currently it's a lot of work for the Zealot to gain an extra 5% over the Chosen who just needs to exist. For the RP, even though it is not competing with the Knight, it is completing with proper DPS classes with 25% heal debuff procs on some weapons.
The heal debuff on rp/zeal should be removed and the diff between ch+rp and kobs/rp fixed imo, order can stack kobs and rp heal buff , ch debuff and zeal buff , why should zeaj/rp debuff heals? This just make ch debuff useless.

DoK changes
- Curse of Khaine - Tactic reworked: Sanguinary Extension receives 50% heal debuff effect.
Please could a dev clarify how this works? I.e.

1) Does the tactic require the target to already be cursed like the other curse that SE applies?
2) How long does the heal debuff curse last for? Might be covered by...
3) Is this a new curse or does it modify the existing SE curse so it will do a DoT plus heal debuff for 15 seconds?
4) Incoming or outgoing heal debuff?
5) If it's a unique curse and not combined into the existing DoT, is the order of applying curses correct to ensure SE doesn't apply the heal debuff curse and then go "oh look, the target it cursed so here's the DoT curse too"?
6) Apologies to a certain someone on Discord who mentioned this to me, but have you taken into account that the DoK might end up with a spammable 50% heal debuff when Drowning in Blood is active? Even if SE needs the target to the cursed to apply the heal debuff, Fell Sacrifice (AOE curse DoT) makes this trivial to apply mass curses for 1 GCD and then SE (with Drowning in Blood or Chop Fasta) can be spammed.

Awesome! Great job so far! Very excited to see this progress.

I don't even care what class changes take place, I just want to see a shake up so that things feel a bit more fresh again in pvp.
