what is broken or not working

I am somewhat new here but not to the game. I would like to know what is working in the game and what is not. like what skill and lvling work renowner points and which one work and what tree in mastery work. Also like to know what quest work if any i have not run across any that don't. i know the one on the map don't work. i also see that infuence in rvr is not working it says you get it but when look in knowledge book it don't show for rvr you get it for some chapter but not all.
