invalid name/ password

I read through the whole tutorial before I posted this, I used only A-Z and a-z and 0-9 but every time I tried to enter my pass it kept saying that I input wrong info. Help!!

You most likely need to update your password via the user control panel. Update it ONLY using lower case characters (no capital letters). You may need to wait a short period of time for it to update if it doesn't let you log in on the first 3 tries.

Hi. I made an account yesterday, but it didnt let me login for the same reason. Then I changed my password to a lower character, letter only one, and went to bed. Now I tried to login, and it still says the same. Btw my account name only contains letters. What should I do? I really want to play :/

same problem here i made acc last day and i cant login, wrong password says. but website works fine. i made new acc still cant login. with only lower letters.
how long we have to wait till the database will upadated?

Guys u may want to look into it , i just created two accounts , all giving me invalid password , changed pass on one , ans it is still not working

Hi! i have the same issue with the login...i tried to change psw (using 6 lower case characters), but it didn't solve the problem. I even tried to login with an old account i registered some time ago (to exclude the possibility of having to wait some time). Please let me know what i should do or if you have a testing account to ensure that the problem is not with my client etc.

Same here too, cant log in. tho if i use my sons info it loads in no problem. i dont understand how i can log in here fine but the launcher wont have it, you could be losing a lot of potential players who just give up!
