Type in chat:

".respec gathering" to respec gathering skill.

"respec crafting" to respec crafting skill.

Gathering and Crafting with a captical C and G though. (unless that got changed some time ago?)

A similar problem. Type commands, but when I select "learn the craft" in the dialogue menu, nothing happens.

Old bug, you don't learn them at the trainer, you have to speak to the NPC's with the trade skill as their title, like "Cultivator" or "Apothecary"
