Career Resources Missing

Can someone help me? My career resource is missing from my witch elf. I don't use mods or addons other then buffhead, auto dismount and anywhere trainer.........

You mean the blood markers the lil spikes that build up?
Khorlar, Thorvold, Sjohgar, Anareth, Toldavf, Hartwin, Gotrin and others -_-

Bump. I have the same problem with witch elf. If you hover over where its supposed to be the text window comes up but I can't actually see the resource bar. I have tried moving it from the interface editor and hiding and unhiding it to no avail.
