I need help about my permanently banned old account and I sent e-mail to Elven but I didn't got any answer from him! And I also tried to contact with current supporter in the site's contact screen!

Regarding matters like this I believe you are to contact a Game Master such as SigmarPriest. I recall someone posting about this exact same issue a few days back and I believe that was their response. I am not a member of the RoR Staff however and my information may not be correct.

I did contact with a Game Master but he said he can't see my account or so. But I'll contact that Game Master for sure. Thank you! What do ya mean by "that was their response?" Who was "they" supposed to be? Game Masters or the people who has same issue?
