Is max level 35 instead of 40?

I just looked at the current players list and the highest level I found was 35, is level 40 not yet released or something?

they have been steadily releasing blocks of levels at a time. When I started out here, lvl 9 was max and practically nothing outside of killing things worked lol

Str effected Auto attack only, and Wounds were the only effective stats.

From what most of us understand, through various bits and slips, that T4 will release with lvl 40 cap.
