Nerfed buttons leggit or not?

I've read the new game rules and macros are prohibited, Nerfed buttons too right? Because this addon works like a macro, and using with a keyboard can use like 10 or 50 skills with one click.

NB isn't equal to a macro. a macro is something the computer does for you. NB is something you press yourself. instead of 1 2 3 you press 1 1 1.
