PQs and popularity

I played this a few months back when T4 hadn't yet been introduced. Was curious...have PQS been fixed since then and has the WAR population grown or decreased significantly over these past few months?

In T4 they are really popular right now, especially the ones that work. Since the T4 pq's are rewarding set gear.

It would be more accurate to say that the gear is popular. Active content doesn't equate good content. People will do anything for progression.

What is it about PQ's that make them so hit or miss when it comes to working correctly? Just curious, and this is in no way a complaint I am utterly thrilled to be playing Warhammer again.
