Game + pc crash

Hi everyone,

I come here to explain a serious problem about warhammer and me </3

When I play, at any moment, my game may crash but not just the game, my whole computer stop working with black screen. This problem happens only when I play at warhammer.

I notice that it's happens more frequently when I come in RvR zone, but sometimes this happens in pve area or scenario.

Somebody encounter the same problem ? A solution exist ? (are there some logs that can I drop here to help resolve the problem?)

What thermal temperatures do you get on the CPU and graphics card?

CPU : Core i5 4690k OC 3.8Ghz
GPU : Radeon r9 290 tri-x OC

CPU Temp :

- Idle : ~48°
- In game : ~65°

GPU Temp :

- Idle : ~45°
- In game : ~54°

Seems fine. Do you get any control at all when this happens? Like, using ctrl+alt+del or ctrl+shift+esc to open task manager. If you can, it could be driver issues.

No control, and when my pc crash, black screen + fanspeed improve (due to temperature improve maybe).

I've check, and all drivers are updated.

I crash to but only when I try to log out from the game then it crash.
