I know the 6v6 community is pretty much DoA in T4, but I do have some questions now that I have done a few against some destro guilds on order.
1. How do you deal with Chosen/BO combos after ~20-30 seconds into a fight when they have 2 bellows to drop then eventually ID if they don't need to use it. Having two 10 second resets every minute is just really hard to deal with and it seems like the only fights we win are when we drop someone in the 1st 15 seconds then execute properly after that.
2. SM and BO seem to be mandatory in 6 mans now since they have great utility on top of dealing damage nearly as good as a MDPS. BO also seems to be the best tank in the game, only thing they don't have is a super punt (AoE perma snare, stat steal (ini), amazing damage for a tank even when S/B, phy damage reduction that stacks with challenge, morale pump etc...).
Remember I am just asking questions based on my experience on order and not stating facts about balance, so it will seem a bit more "order biased".

Destro OP? I sugest, try SM in sc , tough as tank, top dps,

Re: Destro morale pump - SM/BO dominance
Kobs is definatly not OP tho -_-
Re: Destro morale pump - SM/BO dominance
First of all: it takes longer than 10 seconds to have it up on both tanks since only one tank will receive guard dmg - which again leads to block - within the first engage. Anyway I understand your concern and it's undeniable that destru can cheese way better than order. Double DoK combined with Chosen and BO grants 4 oh snap buttons. That's strong but still doesn't give you an auto win. Order has some benefits and a cooler realm synergyze in general. In 6vs6 though i see destru slightly above order but that's more likely related to the overall double class meta and some cheese possibilities. If the marauder healdebuff would finally be changed into an outgoing, the morale cheese would be 100% justified considering the overall order support benefits.Shlomo wrote:1. guess who had to argue about that with you months ago in T2? :^)Shlomo wrote:2. SM and BO seem to be mandatory in 6 mans now since they have great utility on top of dealing damage nearly as good as a MDPS.
best destru tank. again guess who said that in multiple threads and had to argue about the OP chosen? :^)Shlomo wrote:BO also seems to be the best tank in the game, only thing they don't have is a super punt (AoE perma snare, stat steal (ini), amazing damage for a tank even when S/B, phy damage reduction that stacks with challenge, morale pump etc...).

The answer: Use a slayer. And if that don't work, use more slayer.
Seriously, one goes ID for massive AoE damage, the other goes spell breaker to nullify a large amount of DoK survivability. Both can get shatter limbs, so they'll be up permanently.

Re: Destro morale pump - SM/BO dominance
that's one good advice! the massive AoE damage against a guarded medium armor class is so op, it has to be nurfed fo sho brah. The costs of 45 AP are really nothing especially when considering DoK cleanse possibilities and marauders monstrosity stance. I would like to see the massive damage of this borderline broken ability within your clog when fighting a premade. Could you please provide such a thing? I'm a slayer noob and i'd be very grateful!Stmichael1989 wrote:The answer: Use a slayer. And if that don't work, use more slayer.

Spellbreaker + SL: this guy deserves an award! I mean which group wouldn't give up a second 10s HD to get an full glas cannon slayer with an amazing ability which denies all the DoK survivability e.g. Spellbreaker? It's not like the slayer would need a second healdebuff anyway considering cleanse possibilites (again)! no, one slayer could just tab target to aoe remove absorbs and the other one goes for the massive aoe damage!
Very experienced and serious statement there and totally on topic! #inb4pouncenurf

@Bretin
If maras hdbuff becomes outgoing
Then should deadly clutch be changed in any way as well?

Re: Destro morale pump - SM/BO dominance
Leave the BO's morale dump alone. The class is balanced (unlike a certain feathered humie tank). Have your SM go WW and spam the morale drain (I'm not sure how effective it is as I haven't played SM for a few months, but on BO the clobber morale drain is very effective) against the tanks.
