T4 order event quest - only 1 reward

The last step for the t4 order event Q only rewarded me with the 2 years anniversary cloak on my Runepriest. No token.

Is there any way to get my missing token?

The lower tiers have repeatable exploration-themed killquests that award unique, faction-specific dyes, while the T4 quest awards a two year anniversary cloak alongside a special currency that can be spent on a selection of unique appearance items and vanity pets.

Also heard complaints from several other players who didn't know you should be able to get both rewards and just took one reward.

A solution where everyone has a chance to get both anniversary items would be appreciated.

I have the same problem got the mantle but no token and i clicked on both

The quest cleary states "choose 1:" so it's because of that.

Your supposed to get both and i clicked on both but only received one, you have the choose one confused that's one of these not one of these or the cloak

The Birthday Token can be spent in the capital city on a selection of rewards:

- 1. Aviator Goggles
- 2. Kossar's Helm (with buff illusion)
- 3. Steel Armored Mite (Destruction only)
- 4. Sandy Drumming Bear (Order only)

Only one reward may be chosen per character.

Same thing happened to me, I choose 1 reward, and after an hour or so, a certain guy logged on (without giving too many hints, he has a statue in KV ), and confirmed that you were supposed to get cloak and token. So I am also asking, is it possible to receive the token as well for those that foolishly completed the quest?

Talked ingame to Gumthorr about this issue.

He said in case I got the cloak and no token, it might not get fixed and i have to "beg a GM" about this.

So i talked to GM Ade. He said he has no power to give me the item/token and I have to wait for some database fix.

So lets see if we actually get our missing tokens

Thanks for confirming we should get both the cloak and token i try to tell people this and they read the forum wrong
i hope we can get our tokens if not at least reset it and let us do it again

So i talked to GM Ade. He said he has no power to give me the item/token and I have to wait for some database fix.

Not all GMs can give people items, and since we're talking about hundreds of affected people who'd need to be given items, having the few GMs who can hand them out is just not a viable solution.
Rest assured that we're aware of the problem, and a fix is being discussed, I'm just not sure exactly what kind of fix it will be yet. Whatever it is, though, it'll be mentioned in the patch notes, so keep an eye out for those
