Cant change name.

Hi, i try to change my character name but was not able to, cos i was banned few months ago for chatting in advice chat (was 1 hour in the moon, actualy i like that map:) Any way is it possible to unlock name change for characters on my account?

Accounts with previous exile sanctions cannot change character names currently.
