Black flickering of screen when in game. Any help?

Basically my friend can't play because whenever he runs the game he hasa black flickering on the screen.
Anyone has some idea of how to fix and/or what it is?

Turn off Post Processing in the video settings.

You can also try to use different resolutions to get rid of it.
