WP crit heal on melee heals

Simple question(s). Can heals from melee heal attacks, divine assault and divome strike, crit heal? Do the tactics that reduce your healing effectiveness reduce the heal from melee heal skills?

I have heard different things from chats in game and skills say they heal off damage dealt so always assumed "no" to both questions. Just want to be sure

Damage is based on % of attackdmg done (100dmg done x300% = 300 healed). Thats always the same and can't seperately "healcrit" Therefore it is also not reduced with the -20% heal tactic. Otherwise it would be a simple heal, could be increased with healpower and healcrit. Thats my observation.

The answer is no to both questions. The melee attack can crit and do more damage which will then heal for more (the % of damage done as heal stays the same).

And thus neither affected by heal debuffs!
