I cant reach the engineer to do dmg! Totally madness

Best regards Splif
Actually I like the Magus buff, before it, they were dead so fast, I almost felt bad for them..... well almost, now they at least put up a decent fight.... so from an opponent perspective, I consider that buff a full success.wargrimnir wrote:We buffed them. A lot.
We buffed Magi too, but no one cares.
You have to understand that destro players are an extremely honorable lotToXoS wrote:The real problem here is that even before the buff, there was a lot more engies than magi.
But now that both classes are buffed, ofc everyone is whining about engies, because there is still a lot more engies than magi.
So yeah, it's a population problem.

We don't play op ez mode classes
But the devs in their infinite and undeniable destro bias has chosen to repeatadly buff the most op class in the game
There is a reason that from the very beginning of the game people have been saying nerf magus
BWs can get the same sorts of crits but more consistently; SWs can do crazy damage with their M2, too; WLs can 2 GCD kill squishies.Bullen1995 wrote:Lets be honest here even if you agree or not the damage is to high honestly. Its the damage combined with the range thats triggers people.
I understand the fact that Engineers need somthing special to be Viable since its been labled as one of the worst classes in t4 and if you play the class it generaly sucks to not be as superior as the others. But i would lie if i said that i didnt notice anything in scenarios and how ligth armor classes get blown to pieces with crits going over 2500 damage. While a player with light armor generally have around 5 to 6k hp.
Unshakable focus was cut to only provide 75% bonus damage instead of 100% so it is indeed a nerf but we talking a (140%) damage increase with both even after the nerf.
While beeing provided with the range you have to take into a count that engineers can deal damage consistanly which puts alot of preassure on everyone especially when we dont have a los system.
I agree that engineers needs a damage increase but i think it rather should be a periodical Buff with Unshakable focus back to a 100% and a tweaking of the stacks. Prehaps a slightly range cut.
