Welcome! As a new player, you wont have to worry so much about all the new changes, which is a plus! you just get to learn everything Fresh:P

My advice, jump straight into PvP. You can do so from lvl 1. After you create, check out your Minimap, in the top left hand corner you will see a button to Queue for Scenario's. These are instanced PvP with 2 equalish sides. You can queue from anywhere in the game. If you experience the in-combat bug, use: /s .unlock and that will fix it. If you skip/miss an SC queue you will get a 10min quitter debuff that disallows you from queueing.

Also, press M to bring up your map, the area's in the general center of each zone shaded Red are the Open Realm V Realm(ORvR) lakes. You can go join an open WB or solo roam to your hearts content.

PvE in this game is quite fun at times. And XP gained from quests is TRIPLED from rank 12-31 so it can be efficient. But you wont learn anything about your class, or the main aspect of this game. Which is Player Vs Player.

Welcome to WAR
