WH 'Trial By Pain' Ability (Pushback)

Hello

I was wandering if the 'Trial by Pain' ability causes pushback on an enemies cast time as it is a constant flow of damage, for example if a sorc is casting some death bolt (or whatever) and I use 'Trial By Pain', will it push the sorcs cast time back so it will take them a little longer to let that death bolt go?
