New old player returning, will I be an under-dog?

I pre-ordered WAR back in the day. Got my early access witch hunter fired up and ready to venture out into the world of Warhammer (which I knew virtually nothing about). I played that witch hunter alongside a couple order alts for almost the entire lifespan of the game. Some of my favorite memories of gaming were the RvR experiences I had playing with some crazy Australians while I had a crazy night job that made me nocturnal. I left the game right before the changes to capital cities went in that made random players like mini bosses.

I always mained Order because I enjoyed the lore and backstory so much, despite Order almost always being on the losing side of the statistics. Playing Order always frustrated me when I wanted a fun pvp experience while PuG'n it because the faction just never held up to Destro. If I start up again and go Order, am I setting myself up to be an underdog? I'm not looking to just join the roflstomping side, I just want to know what Im getting into.

You can get easy 10 level with only PQing-Questing in Nordland.Will take you around 1.5-2 hours.

You can get to 15 - 20 in about 1hr with a power leveller!

Depends on who you ask, we have our fair share of people that complain it's too slow... EU has better RvR which is the fastest and best way to level, but we're still tweaking the mid-tiers. NA is quieter as you get deeper into their night time, so questing, grinding, and hitting some PQ's is going to get you through it.

However, T4 BiS gear is only annihilator right now. End game is easy to get into. Just pick up Ruin and you're plenty competitive.
