Questing/leveling addon(s)

are there any addons that help with questing/leveling and make it a more autopilot experience, without having to check descriptions, maps etc...

It's not that kind of game. We don't allow any sort of automation here, and endgame is open area PvP. You'll want to get out there killing players to advance if you have the chance to do so.

There is no such addon in this game.

There is 3 types of leveling , rvr, grind or quest.

Grinding is the fastest way by longshots. 2nd is RvR wich is good to do so you can learn your class etc.
Questing is dead and gives crap exp. Only quests worth doing is the pvp ones

Not at all, questing is maybe the best way to get 40 asap. Have done it multiple times and it takes 2-3 days. But still, wouldnt recommend doing that since your Renown Rank ( pvp rank ) will be so low that you won't enjoy RvR on T4.
Well... you can quest until 40, then farm your Ruin set on T4 PQ's, do your epic quests for the weapons and do your tome unlocks for the accessories and you'll be "prepared" for T4 but still : its not fun since its only PvE :p
