Item and Queststep gone

Hello there.

I hope i am in the right forum.
We killed a Giant in Etaine today. The Quest stepped showed the kill of the giant and i won the Backpack.
Then the server crashed. I logged back in 20 min later and Quest Step was uncompleted and the Backpack is gone.

I could use some help.
