[SW] Glass Arrow?

Is this ability working? And what exactly does it work on. Reading the tooltip, and considering the uptime it seems pretty powerful if not OP if it works on all abilities. Haven't really gotten time to test it yet, but I will try later.

seems to work on pretty much everything I believe. But I never tested it on individual skills, for instance dunno if it affects range of chosen aura's, Z rituals, etc. Great instant damage attack as well.

Haven't ever played a shadow wknockdowner before nor read the tooltip, but just wanted to say that the thought of getting hit by a glass tipped arrow sounds awful. I stepped on broken glass once and it sucked.
