OYK getting parried

For few weeks it appears that OYK is getting defendable...
On live as well as few weeks earlier on ROR it was undefendable.

Is there any reason for this change ? (did not see anything about it in patchnotes)

I just feel like all WE finishers are crap now, low damage, low utility.
OYK was one of the counterplay to Repel Blasphemy... it seems that I failed more than once to brake Repel Blasphemy with Sever Blessing... Was it changed aswell ?

I suppose I have to prove that OYK was not defendable (stun part) on live ?
Do I also need to prove that it is defendable now and wasn't one month ago ? (present will be easy, past is harder because I don't screenshot or fraps anything).

I'll try to find a video from live proving what i'm saying (and hope someone in the community will give me a hand). I might need a week to do so, but I'll try to prove my case (I thought this was agreed and known by most veterans, but okay words are words...)

EDIT Forgot the sever blessing part : same same, I think you know the ROR part and could tell me so I will try to find proof of the state in LIVE.

Well, I made it !
Spent all the night watching all available vids of WE and WH (had to throw up twice), my eyes are twisted now after watching so many crazy UI...
I never saw any vids where OYK got defended ! (but true)

Could not find vids with OYK used on Swift Movements/Repel Blasphemy/Shield Block. Most availble vids are RR100, people die quickly.
I'll just go my way and play another alt.

On live parry/block defended only against damage from OyK, the kd was applied, same thing with sever blessing parry only protected from damage bless was always removed. I think both of those skills was bugged back there on live.

A defended ability does not apply secondary effects. Any ability that should always apply its secondary effect is listed as undefendable. OYK! is not listed as undefendable and will not be changed.
