d3dx9_34.dll files cost money now

When I follow the link to go and download d3dx9 files I come to a website that after I download it requires me to pay $15 to buy the licensing for it.

I know I ran into this problem in previous times downloading the game but I can't remember how to do it now.
Only the dead have seen the end of WAR

Either you clicked on a wrong link somewhere or you have some pretty nasty stuff on your computer. Install some antivirus app on your pc and scan. Having malware on your pc might also prevent you from connecting to our server, at least some ppl ran into such problems.
