[WE] - OYK!

Is OYK! supposed to hit twice in the same GDC? Just for clarification:

all WE "finishing stabs" are done with 2 daggers, OYK does two hits, Puncture does 2 hits, HRT does 2 hits, Ruthless Assault is channeled over 3 seconds and does 6 hits.

also that was an interesting sc <3

Its actualy better than a single a hit...ive seen some rares hits like:

1st hit punture - crit
kiss proc
2nd hit puncture - crit
kiss proc

about 2k dmg with exilir of insane power ...

Can Kisses proc that much? Dont they have a ICD?

Kisses have 25% proc rate whenever doing DMG. You might get 10 lucky procs in row... or 0.
