Authentication failed

So,i can log in,but i cant get to character creation screen,game do nothing for few seconds and then give me message
Authentication failed-critical error then i click OK and game crush to my desktop,i tried to search forum for solution but i didn't find it so far,so if you guys can help me please do so
PS:I used to be able to play game on the same PC,now it give me this error :/
Look! Order! Order! Our enemies hide in METAL BAWKSES, DA KOWARDZ! TEH FEWLZ!! We...We should take away their METAL BAWKSES!
