few talks on chat and by observing Order players behavior during scs and rvrs, i decided to make a list of few NOT TO DO things, feel free to add yours TO DO or NOT TO DO, here's my first one:
1. Targetting tanks.
Seriously? Do you really believe that wasting your DPS on Da Toughest guy ingame, instantly healed by healers is viable?!
Someone said "it's the only way to keep healers distracted"... Srsly? So maybe attack healers then? Win-Win.

Re: Few words about Order
if someone is attacking tanks it's probably cause they think diving the enemy lines would be suicidal at that time and they just want to be doing something, anything

I said that but its taken out of context.einarr wrote: "it's the only way to keep healers distracted"

'Breaking their line and aiming for their healers. It's the only way to keep healers distracted.'
And guess what...? It attracts attackers so I am tanking as well.

Re: Few words about Order
A tank's purpose is to be attacked. It should not be said that tanks don't need to be attacked because the healers are of more importance, but it's because tanks fight better when in a fight.
If you want to distract healers, either attack them or other squishy targets. Also, heal debuffs need to be cast accordingly for the most effectivity. I only attack tanks when I have no other option.
Also, the thread that has 'inspired' this one has little to do with knowing how to play. The SCs are truly imbalanced at the moment, due to a faulty queueing system. For as right as you are about the winning we'd do if we were to focus healers, the numbers are still a problem of statistical imbalance.

Re: Few words about Order
Attacking tanks is the last thing the mdps can do. Because if you try to break through the tank line to focus healers you will get instant killed by enemy rdps and mdps. So it seems really hopeless to try to get to enemy healers. I tried it countless times as slayer and it was not really worth it. Rather loged on my bw to burst range attacks on them.
Re: Few words about Order
Pushing through the enemy lines to attack rdps/healers is useless without working guard. It is better to focus down enemy melees or bad rdps, who don't move at all when attacking.
Dying is no option.

Re: Few words about Order
Indeed, the fact that order most of the time got very less amount of healers makes it even more difficult to turn the table in SC fights. I know I repeat myself but we need more healers and tanks

Not tanks. Tanks are kinda useless until guard is fixed... At least def tanksamputationsaw wrote:Indeed, the fact that order most of the time got very less amount of healers makes it even more difficult to turn the table in SC fights. I know I repeat myself but we need more healers and tanks

Re: Few words about Order
Over the past SCs we've had, especially during the massive fights, I feel the main edge that Order was missing was their lack of tanks and MDPS. Destruction always had a bunch of Maras/Choppas/Black Orcs roflstomping across Nordenwatch, with all the AMs, Bright Wizards and Shadow Warriors being forced to flee away. We just don't live up to much if we're forced to run backwards all the time with classes that aren't fully specced for kiting in T1. RDPS and healers always got focused by the four Sorcs that could hide behind the melee train, as well.
