Ironbreakers have less initiative than other tanks?
I've noticed after dusting off my Ironbreaker that his initiative is dangerously low @123. My Sword masters base initiative is much higher than this. Is this intended or a bug.

Might be intended, since they can buff their initiative with oathbound,

Different classes have different base stats, not all classes are created equal.

What would be considered a high initiative? Mine is sitting at 200 with the + 25 from the winds impervious and whatever comes from 2 pieces ruin and 3 pieces anni. Should I spend more talis on this stat?
Brynnoth Goldenbeard (40/80) (IB) -- Rundin Fireheart (40/50) (RP) -- Ungrinn (40/40) (Engi)-- Bramm Bloodaxe (40/83) (Slayer) and a few Empire characters here or there, maybe even an elf.

You need to consider what can //debuff your initiative stat and by how much. On destruction side the 2 common debuffs are the Squig Herder ability Not So Fast! and Black Orc stat steal, you can find information on these through the career builder linked on the website at the top. On Order side the common bufffs are the Rune Priest rune Oath Rune of Iron and the Swordmaster's Natures Blade.CountTalabecland wrote:What would be considered a high initiative? Once you take into account these values you can assess where you initiative value will be and whether you need to invest in initiative talismans or in flat % reduced chance to be critically hit.
After that, you can also consider abilities that can debuff, i.e. increase your chance to be critically hit from the destruction side.

Ok, so shout out to those with high rr IB's in T4. How much initiative do you role with?
Brynnoth Goldenbeard (40/80) (IB) -- Rundin Fireheart (40/50) (RP) -- Ungrinn (40/40) (Engi)-- Bramm Bloodaxe (40/83) (Slayer) and a few Empire characters here or there, maybe even an elf.
Re: Ironbreakers have less initiative than other tanks?
I play BO, and we have the same. It depends what I am doing. 2tanks I just embrace the off tank role with like 14% chance to be Crit. Solo tank or ORvR, I stack ini tails to 340ish and take FS to get below 6%. There is no one build to rule them all, you gotta switch it up depending. Also remember you can buff your own ini as an IB.
